Three persons sustained injuries after a vehicle they were travelling in plunged into a gorge at Behra village of Mendhar on Sunday.
A police officer said, “A Tata Sumo, JK14A 2483, plungedinto a roadside gorge in Behra village when it was on way to Salwah fromMendhar.”
Block medical officer, Mendhar, Dr Parvez Khan said that theinjured were shifted to sub-district hospital, Mendhar. They have beenidentified as 55-year-old Tasleem Akther, 15-year-old Shoaib Ahmed and45-year-old Zakir Bi, all residents of Salwah village.
The injured are out of danger and are undergoing treatment,the BMO said.
