Coordination Committee of Tourism has congratulated GK Editor-in-Chief Fayaz Kaloo for having been nominated to Editors Guild of India.
Coordinator, CCT, Nasir Shah in a statement said, "This is indeed a proud moment for us all. Mr Kaloo has worked hard to create top brand journalism in J&K." "The obvious reason has been truthful information and not succumbing to any pressure in highlighting the major political, social and environmental issues of the state in general and Kashmir in particular," he said.
"He has not compromised with quality. Fayaz Sahib is not just a person or personality, but an institution in himself," he said.
