The consumers of Airtel from Muminabad, Batamaloo here today complained weak mobile and internet service in the area.
The consumers said that for last some days the service by the company in the area has gone from bad to worse.
"I have 3G network on my mobile. Yet it takes over ten minutes to open a mail," a consumer said, adding that the service during the past some days has deteriorated.
Another consumer said that they are not even able to make a phone call on Airtel network. "Either you don't find the towers on the mobile or when they are there you cannot hear the other side on the phone because the voice breaks."
The consumers meanwhile appealed the company to send it officials in the area particularly Mominabad lane number 1, where the service remains mostly affected.
