BGSBU holds 2-day workshop

Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University’s School of Engineering and Technology (SET) held a two-day workshop on outcome based education under TEQIP-III.

According to a statement issued by the university, Prof Javed Musarrat, Vice Chancellor of BGSBU was the chief guest of the valedictory session where as Prof Iqbal Parvez, Dean Academics Affairs and Registrar, BGSBU was the guest of honor. 

   

The SET in coordination with NPIU had invited Prof Villas Sapkal, former Vice Chancellor, Nagpur University and Professor at Department of Chemical Technology, Sant Gadge Baba Amarvati University, Amarvati and Prof Rajiv Sapkal, Professor at Department of Chemical Technology, Sant Gadge Baba Amarvati University, Amarvati. 

The expert speakers delivered series of lectures on both the days on the outcome based education (OBE) and had interactive sessions with the faculty on National Board of Accreditation (NBA). The speakers presented detailed outline on NBA process. Various sample courses and programme outcomes were discussed along with the vision and mission statement.
