BSNL, J&K circle, on Monday announced two new plans – Plan 129 and Plan 299 – where in customers can avail unlimited calling.
The government owned cellular network has also said that toattract customers base in the state, it is allowing the incoming calls on allthe disconnected numbers which stands disconnected since last six months.
BSNL public relations officer (PRO) Masood Bala in statementsaid that in the broadband segment, BSNL has introduced new promotional standalone Broadband plan ‘5GB Free Trial’for free of cost to all the existing BSNL Landline customers [(i.e. not havingBroadband) with 5 GB data download per day. Installation Charges & Securitycharges shall be waived off during promotional period. After expiry of promotionalperiod, existing customers under above plan shall be migrated to regularBroadband plans if he wishes so.
Bala said in order tooutreach to its customer base and to mitigate the genuine grievances of thecustomers so that the maximum subscribes are benefited with the newtariff, Telephone Adalat under thechairmanship of GMTD Srinagar has beenscheduled on Thursday, March 28.
