Erratic Airtel network irks Kaigam residents

The erratic mobile and internet service of Airtel network has put the subscribers of Kaigam here in difficult situation as they are unable use the mobile services properly.

A delegation led M S Ganaie said that they were facing a lot of inconvenience due to irregular network, call dropping and voice breaking problem.

   

“I have personally conveyed it to Mr Majid (Incharge Airtel South Kashmir) that from last three months we are facing networking problem, he assured me look into issues being faced by locals in using mobile telephony and other services to readdress our problem but all in vain,” said Ganaie.

“Every time when one attempts to make a call, the response is ‘the number is not-reachable’ or the message ‘no network’ gets displayed on the screen. We have to wait for hours to get our calls connected,” he said.

“I am a regular user of 4G internet and my work is completely dependent on internet. I pay every month for availability of internet, but its poor connectivity has annoyed us,” he added. 

“The companies have failed the students, businessmen and traders who greatly rely upon internet and mobile telephony,” said the locals.

“The companies are increasing tariffs for internet usage on daily basis but they are unable to deliver the fast and smooth cellular and internet facilities to the subscribers”, he added.
