Federation Chambers of Industries Kashmir (FCIK) on Thursday expressed its gratitude to the State Administrative Council (SAC) for granting exemption of turnover and experience condition usually present in tenders and work contracts to startups and MSME.
In a written statement, president FCIK Mohammad Ashraf Mir while expressing gratitude to SAC for the exemption said the conditions were a major stumbling block for the local MSMEs and startups and the exemption would go a long way in providing a level playing field to the sector.
He said this was a long pending demand of FCIK and appreciated the efforts of commissioner secretary industries Shailender Kumar in realising the demand.
