Finance department of Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday sanctioned the release of funds for Leh and Kargil districts through Ladakh Affairs Department.
According to an order number 5-FD of 2019, Dated, January 2, 2019 issued by Navin Kumar Choudhary, Principal Secretary to Government Finance Department sanction was accorded to financing the schemes for two Leh and Kargil districts.
“That all the funds related to the two districts viz Leh and Kargil shall, henceforth, be released through Ladakh Affairs Department only by all the departments of state government. This shall cover all the releases under Capex, Revenue as well as CSS,” the order read.
