Vice-Chairperson Khadi and Village Industries Board Dr Hina Shafi Bhat has stressed upon the officials to reach out to people of remote and far flung areas of the state.
“Make rural people aware by organising camps so as to make youth there avail the facilities so that they can sustain living. Far-flung areas must be made a priority so that common people of those areas can avail benefits of these schemes,” said Dr Hina Shafi Bhat during review meeting of KVIB whose officials claimed to have established 1677 micro industrial units under Prime Minister’s Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP) this fiscal.
