Bank customers have welcomed RBI decision of alternate working Saturdays.
Muhammad Javed , a J&K Bank depositor hailing from Kargil said he withdrew cash from CD Hospital Branch at 3 PM despite it being Saturday.
He called it a welcome move. "I had to pay my son's college fee for which I made a transaction in the afternoon today. This is a sensible move by RBI to let banks work full day on Saturday," Javed said.
