A two-day management development programme on ‘Efficient Decision Making: Process and Practices” commenced Friday at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU) here.
The programme organised by the School of Business, Facultyof Management was inaugurated by Prof E Muthusamy, Dean, Faculty ofEngineering, SMVDU. He emphasized on the need for such programmes for the humanresources of the business organisation.
Dr RK Mishra, Head, School of Mechanical Engineering, SMVDU,provided descriptions on the different forms of decision making tools and theirrole in enhancing the profitability of the organization. While narrating aboutthe vibrancy of the School of Business, Dr Saurabh, Head, School of Business,SMVDU, gave a brief description regarding the different activities organized bythe School in the past.
