Maruti Suzuki's third generation Big New WagonR was unveiled on Wednesday across Kashmir by the different dealerships of the India's biggest carmaker.
Peaks Auto, Jamkash Vehicleades and Highland Automobiles in the city and their other sub-dealerships at different district headquarters launched the Big New WagonR, which is engineered and built on 5th generation HEARTECT platform.
The Big New WagonR is poised to impress customers with its bold design, enhanced space, comfort, next generation infotainment system and advanced K-series engine offering excellent fuel efficiency and driving pleasure, Maruti Suzuki said in a statement.
In addition to the well proven 1.0 L engine, the Big New WagonR comes with a stronger 1.2 L engine that delivers powerful performance, it said.
The Big New WagonR offers excellent fuel efficiency for both the engine options: 21.5 km/l for 1.2L variant and 22.5 km/l for 1.0 L variant, which is nearly 10 percent higher than the outgoing model.

The Big New WagonR was unveiled at Jamkash Vehicleads, Srinagar by the J&K Bank's president for strategy and IT, Rakesh Gandotra in presence of MD Jamkash Irfan Ahmad, J&K Bank's business acquisition head Aijaz Ul Qayoom, branch head Residency Road Syed Jameel Qadri and advance head Residency Road Raja Imtiyaz Ahmad. All top management of Jamkash and large number of customers and general public was present on the occasion.

At Peaks Auto, Lasjan Bypass the Big New WagonR was unveiled by cluster head J&K Bank Bashir Ahmad in presence of J&K Bank branch head Naseer Ahmad, vice president Peaks Group Surjeet Singh, chief general manager Irshad Peerzada, DSP Sajad Bukhari and SHO Showkat Shah. A large number of customers and the staff of the dealership was also present at the occasion.
"A true tall boy, the Big New WagonR has a robust body language with a wide stance, which makes it strikingly attractive," said Peerzada at the occasion.
HIGHLAND AUTOMOBILES
At Highland Automobiles, Sonwar the Big New WagonR was launched by the branch head J&K Bank Air Cargo Azad Ahmad Mir in presence of director Amjid Abas Ansari, CFO MY Geelani, GM administration Bilal Ahmad, HR manager Hakeem Rahil, sales manager Muzaffar Ali Joo, besides a number of customers.
