Additional General Secretary of National Conference Sheikh Mustafa Kamaal has expressed ‘serious reservation’ at the way Tata Sky, the DTH service provider, has offered packages of channels to the public.
In a statement, Kamaal today said, “India being a country of diverse cultures and languages, it is not fair to include all languages in the package in a hotch potch way.
Effort should be made to work out area specific and language specific packages for greater customer satisfaction.
Also it is not humanly possible to watch all channels. The packages should be rational.”
Kamaal hoped that his views in this regard sent by an email to “helpline @Tatasky. Com” will be considered positively by this well known business house TATA of India. Customer should decide what channels he wants to see and not being much of which is not in keeping with his preference and liking.
