Some pot holes were identified on the Boulevard Road and the experimental demonstration was carried out under the guidance of Chief Engineer, R&B, Kashmir.
While interacting with media person, the Chief Engineer R&B Sheikh Abdul Hamid said the main advantage of this product is that it can be used in every or any season like winter, rainy and summer temperatures ranging from minus 10 degree to plus 75 degree Celsius.
