A delegation of cross-LoC traders Friday called on divisional commissioner Kashmir Baseer Ahmad Khan to discuss the issue of suspension of intra-Kashmir trade.
According to astatement, the delegation was led by Kashmir Chamber of Commerce and Industry(KCCI) president Sheikh Ashiq Ahmad.
According to astatement, the interaction was held with regard to various issues arising outof the suspension of LoC trade for the last 15 days as a result of damage ofKaman Post Bridge.
It said about 300traders and others associated with trade are facing losses, while the freshstocks have got damaged.
The divisionalcommissioner, according the traders statement, gave on spot time bounddirections to the DC Baramulla who is also the nodal officer of LOC Trade forarranging emergency meeting at Zero Meet Point to facilitate repair of the saidbridge for restoration of the trade.
