Anjuman-i-Islamia calls for Bhaderwah bandh today

To express solidarity with the people of Kashmir and to lodge its protest against union and state governments for killing and wounding unarmed Kashmiri civilians during last 25 days, Anjuman-e-Islamia Bhaderwah has given a shut down call for tomorrow (Wednesday).

Anjuman also alleged that district administration in general and Bhaderwah police in particular "are dancing to the tunes of RSS and are hell bent to vitiate the peaceful atmosphere in Bhaderwah valley."

"We have given a call for complete shutdown tomorrow, as brutality of police and paramilitary forces is increasing with each passing day and innocent and unarmed Kashmiri people are being killed and wounded at an alarming pace. We stand for the cause of Kashmir and Kashmiri people," said Anjuman president Pervaiz Ahmed Sheikh.
