To express anguish over the poor connectivity of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) especially internet services including Broadband and Wi-Max services, subscribers mostly businessmen fraternity of Bhadarwah area has criticized the authorities for their pathetic attitude for not providing better services.
They said that people brought the problem of poor connectivity into the notice of BSNL authorities but no action was taken to provide relief to its subscribers.
They alleged that due to poor landline, mobile and internet services of the BSNL, people are suffering. The concerned authorities are least bothered about the plight of the consumers while inflated bills are served them every month.
A local booking counter owner at Khalroo Market, Rajesh Sharma alleged that the concerned authorities are mum over the issue and no one seems bothered to solve our problem. We are suffering huge losses due to careless attitude of BSNL authorities.
A Cyber Cafe owner at Mandir Bazaar Bhadarwah, Shashi Giri warned to start an agitation against BSNL authorities by blocking national highway if no action is taken to provide better services especially internet connectivity.
Giri asked the BSNL authorities not to test the patience of Bhadarwahi people.
"The poor service of BSNL has touched a new low. Sometimes it is poor connectivity that harasses the internet & mobile users and sometime it is the mis-connectivity that irritates people." Giri added.
They demanded proper services so that people especially students heave a sigh of relief as nowadays internet has become necessary for every work either to submit any school form or any form of recruitment.
