A complete shutdown is being observed in highway town of Banihal in Chenab Valley area as a mark of protests against mob attacks on Kashmiris and local Muslims in Jammu.
Reports said that all shops and other business establishments are closed in the town to protest the mob attacks.
Shutdown is also being observed in Kashmir valley following a strike call issued by various trade bodies against Jammu violence.
