The decomposed body, which was spotted yesterday in Baglihar Hydro Project dam, was fished out today by Chanderkote Police and handed over to the family.
The deceased has been identified as Mamta Devi (29 years), wife of Amreek Singh, resident of Gunkana, Gundoh, Police said.
The deceased lady reportedly drowned in River Chenab at Thatari last month on 29th of August.
The body was spotted by some people in reservoir Saturday afternoon.
