Five critically injured in accident on Kishtwar-Thathri road

Five persons were today critically injured when a vehicle (Winger) they were travelling in collided with a bus on Kishtwar-Thathri road.

Three of the critically injured were referred to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMC&H), Jammu, for advanced treatment.

   

The accident occurred at around 09.30 AM near Phagumar Hasti of Kishtwar District.

The five injured have been identified as Sajjad Hussain (35 years) son of Gh. Mohd resident of Thathri, Mohd Hanif (45 years) son of Bashir Ahmed resident of Chellar Gundhoo, Abdul Qayoom (60 years) son of Gulam Mohd resident of Chellar, Gundhoo, Rashid Mugal (40 years) son of Mohd Hussain resident of Batyas, Gundoo, and Tariq Hussain (20 years) son of Mohd Hussain resident of  Challar, Gundoo.

All the injured were shifted to District Hospital (DH) Kishtwar from where three critically injured including Rashid Mughal, Mohd Hanif and Abdul Qayoom were referred to GMC Jammu for advanced treatment.
