Prakash Divas, the birth anniversary of Guru Gobind Singh, was celebrated across Ramban district on Sunday.
The people of Ramban celebrated the 352nd birth anniversary of Guru Govind Singh with traditional gaiety and religious fervor.
The main programme was held at Gurudwara Singh Sabha, Batote, under the aegis of District Gurudwara Prabhandak Committee Ramban.
On the occasion, several prominent persons, including S Janak Singh Sudan, general secretary district Gurdwara Parbandhak committee, spoke on the life and teachings of Guru Gobind Singh.
Shabad keertan and Katha were the main attractions on the occasion and a langar was also organized for the devotees by the committee.
