Pakistani army on Monday is said to have violated ceasefire for yet another turn in Mendhar KG sector area and heavily shelled areas.
The violation of ceasefire started on Monday evening at around 6 PM and was going on heavily when last reports poured in.
The officials said that in Sagra, Balnoi and Mankote areas of KG sector in Mendhar sub division, Pak army started mortar shelling besides firing with small and automatic weapons.
” Heavy mortar shelling is still going on in the area with entire civil habitations of villages are under shelling.” said officials.
They further said that long range 120 mm mortar shells are falling in civil areas of these villages putting people in severe panic.
Jammu based official spokesman of army said that Pak army is violating ceasefire in the area and Indian army is giving a befitting reply.
