Young Journalist Association Kishtwar condoles demise of Shujaat Bukhari

Young Journalist Association Kishtwar today held a condolence meeting to condole the untimely demise of Editor-in-Chief of Rising Kashmir newspaper Syed Shujaat Bukhari.

President of the Association, Asif Iqbal Naik said that the demise of Syed Shujaat Bukhari is big loss to the state which cannot be described in words.  

   

The members, in the meeting, unanimously condemned the killing of Shujaat Bukhari and termed it as a cowardice act.

Bukhari was killed on Thursday evening by unidentified gunmen while he was stepping out of his office along with his two PSOs.

The Association called upon the Jammu and Kashmir Police to conduct in depth probe into the killing of Bukhari and bring the culprits involved in brutal killing of senior Journalist and his two PSOs to justice.

The Association members also prayed for the eternal peace to the departed soul and prayed to the Almighty Allah to give strength to the family members to bear the irreparable loss. 

Asif Iqbal Naik, Nazir Ahmed Dar, Mohsin Dar, Atif Lone, AI Butt, Imran Shah, Imran Sheikh, Sheikh Basharat, Arif Munshi, Touseef Kripak and others were among those who condoled the demise of Shujhat Bukhari.
