Srinagar: The new office building of Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) will be inaugurated today.
The new office is located at Saida Kadal and will be inaugurated by Prof Shakil Ahmad Romshoo, Vice Chancellor, Islamic University of Science and Technology.
