Jammu, May 6: J&K government has sanctioned the re-constitution of a committee for examining and recommending cases related to permissions for publication of books and media interactions of members of All India Services, in terms of All India Services (Conduct) Rules, 1968.
The sanction has been accorded in supersession of government order No 479-JK(GAD) of 2023 dated April 19, 2023.
The panel will have the Administrative Secretary, Culture department as its chairman while Administrative Secretaries of Information; Planning, Development and Monitoring; ARI and Trainings departments and a representative of the Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs will be its members.
Additional Secretary General Administration Department (AIS Section) will be the member secretary of the panel.
