Nine people were killed on Saturday in a road accident in Leh district.
Police said the tragedy occurred when a truck went out ofthe driver’s control at Lamayuru in Leh district.”The truck plunged into a deep gorge killingnine people who were travelling in the truck. The deceased belonged to twofamilies of labourers from Rajasthan”, police said.
