Suspected militants lobbed a grenade on police station Kakapora in Pulwama district Tuesday evening causing injury to one CRPF personnel.
Reports said the grenade fell in the compound of the policestation and exploded with a bang. One CRPF personnel identified as Sonu Kumarof 41 BN sustained injuries in the attack.
While talking to Greater Kashmir, SSP Pulwama said theinjured CRPF personnel was stable.
Soon after the blast, the area was cordoned off and a searchoperation was launched by the security forces.
