The northern army commander, lieutenant general Ranbir Singh Friday met governor Satya Pal Malik at the Raj Bhavan here and “briefed him about present security situation” in the state.
“The governor and the army commander discussed certainimportant issues relating to effective internal security management,” a RajBhavan spokesman said in a statement.
