Government on Tuesday appointed 2004 batch IAS officer Pandurang Kondbarao Pole as new Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, whereas seven other officers were reshuffled.
As per an order, Secretary to the Government, Department ofFood, Civil, Supplies and Consumer Affairs (CAPD), Pandurang Kondbarao Pole hasbeen transferred and posted as Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir.
Administrative Secretary, Department of Disaster Management,Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction, Simrandeep Singh will hold thecharge of Administrative Secretary, Department of Food, Civil, Supplies andConsumer Affairs (CAPD), in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
Principal Secretary to the Government, Animal and SheepHusbandry Department, Dr. Asgar Hassan Samoon (JK:1993) holding additionalcharge of Administrative Secretary, Transport Department, has been transferredand posted as Principal Secretary to the Government, School EducationDepartment.
He shall continue to hold the charge of AdministrativeSecretary, Transport Department, in addition to his own duties, till furtherorders.
Principal Secretary to the Government, Education Department,Navin Kumar Choudhary (JK:1994 ) holding additional charge of AdministrativeSecretary, Technical Education Department, has been transferred and posted asPrincipal Secretary to the Government, Animal and Sheep Husbandry Department.
He shall hold the additional charge of AdministrativeSecretary, Agriculture and Horticulture Departments, upon the retirement onsuperannuation of Manzoor Ahmad Lone, IAS on March 31, 2020.
He shall also continue to hold the charge of AdministrativeSecretary, Technical Education Department, in addition to his own till furtherorders.
Chief Electoral Officer (CEO), J&K and PrincipalSecretary to the Government, Election Department, Shailendra Kumar (JK:1995)has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary to the Government,Social Welfare Department.
The officer shall also be Officer on Special Duty in thePublic Works (R&B) Department. He shall hold the additional charge ofAdministrative Secretary, Public Works (R&B) Department, upon theretirement on superannuation of Khurshid Ahmad Shah, IAS on April 30, 2020.
Additional Secretary to the Government, Finance Department,(JK:2012) Syed Abid Rasheed Shah, holding additional charge of CEO, MissionYouth, shall also hold the additional charge of Chief Executive Officer,J&K Economic Reconstruction Agency, till further orders, relievingPrincipal Secretary to the Government, Planning, Development and MonitoringDepartment of the additional charge of the post.
Director, Handlooms, J&K (KAS) Babila Rakwal has beentransferred and posted as Vice-Chairman, Jammu Development Authority (JDA),relieving Avny Lavasa, IAS, Commissioner, Jammu Municipal Corporation of theadditional charge of the post.
She shall also hold the charge of Additional Chief ExecutiveOfficer, Metropolitan Region Development Authority, Jammu, in addition to herown duties, till further orders.Mussarat-ul-Islam,Director, Handicrafts, J&K, shall hold the charge of the post of Director,Handlooms, J&K, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
