PM Modi, Amit Shah cast their votes

Adorned in a traditional white kurta paired with a saffron sleeveless jacket, PM Modi arrived in the Gandhinagar constituency at the Nishan Higher Secondary School polling booth in Ahmedabad.

His presence drew considerable attention and excitement among the voters and onlookers alike.

In a gesture aimed at inspiring fellow citizens, Modi emphasised the importance of active participation in shaping the country’s destiny.

Security measures were notably intensified in Gujarat owing to the presence of both the PM and Union Home Minister Amit Shah, who also exercised his franchise at a polling booth in Ahmedabad.

He was accompanied by his family, including his wife Sonal Shah and son Jay Shah.

Amit Shah is contesting from the Gandhinagar Lok Sabha seat against the Congress candidate Sonal Patel.

After casting their votes, Shah and his wife visited the Kameshwar Mahadev temple to offer prayers.
