VBSY starts in Anantnag 

Anantnag Nov 25: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Anantnag, S F Hamid and Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Anantnag, G V Sandeep today flagged the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra at Rouhu panchayat halqa of block Anantnag marking. The Yatra being organised across the country aims to galvanise efforts towards community welfare , empowerment besides IEC activities.

The inaugural ceremony took place at Rouhu Monghal Anantnag and was attended by a diverse gathering of citizens and dignitaries

   

It showcased a series of enlightening sessions, discussions, and cultural presentations. The Yatra, driven by the commitment to foster progress and development, echoed the sentiments of a united and prosperous India.

Deputy Commissioner on the occasion shared his insights on various facets of development, including economic growth, education, technology, and social harmony. He said that this event gives a collective vision for a progressive Bharat.

He urged the general Public for actively participate in the Yatra, contributing their ideas and energy towards the shared goal of a developed and prosperous district. He emphasized the need for collaboration between the government and the community for effective implementation of developmental projects.

DC said that Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra is poised to be a transformative journey, laying the foundation for a brighter future for District Anantnag. He also said that the district administration is committed to working hand-in-hand with the people to achieve sustainable development and uplift the overall socio-economic fabric of the district. The vans carrying the message of VBSY were flagged off l and the departments were given instructions to conduct awareness about the socio-economic and welfare schemes of both centrally and UT sponsored. Similar events were held at all Headquarters and at panchayats of various blocks as per the schedule given. The yatra witnessed mass participation of people PRIs and officials of various departments.
