Srinagar, July 9: Jammu and Kashmir on Friday reported 261 new COVID-19 cases and one death-reported in Kashmir-in the last 24 hours.
As per data, 146 fresh cases were reported in Kashmir and 115 in Jammu taking the overall case tally to 3,18,284.
A total of 304 COVID-19 patients recovered in J&K in the last 24 hours—115 from Jammu division and 189 from Kashmir.
Overall, a total of 3,10,630 patients have recovered from the deadly viral disease.
That effectively leaves a total of 3,300 active COVID-19 cases in J&K- 1,491 in Jammu and 1,809 in Kashmir.
