ABVP, NPSU HOLD PROTEST OVER RELEASE OF SEPARATIST LEADER

The Jammu University unit of Akhil Bhartyia Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) held a protest demonstration outside the university gate and demanded resignation of the Chief Minister. 

A large number of university students led by ABVP Jammu University President,  Sandeep Sharma assembled outside the university gate and raised slogans demanding re-arrest of Masarat Alam.  

Addressing the students, Sandeep Sharma   cautioned the state government to refrain from taking anti-national decisions.

The protesters also warned that in case such decisions continue to be taken by the government, they will intensify the stir. 

An effigy of Masrat Aslam was also burnt by the students.  

Madhu Sharma, General Secretary, Guneet Sharma, Kanav, Rakesh, Jang Bahadur, Vikas , Sunil, Asha, Saksham and others participated in the demonstration. 

Similarly, the activists of NPSU also held a protest demonstration insid

e the university and demanded dismissal of J&K Government in the interest of security of the state.  

NPSU also appealed to all the students and youth to take to the streets against the government's anti-national decision to release separatist leader Masrat Alam. 

Led by Thakur Virender Singh, the NPSU activists raised slogans against the BJP for surrendering before its alliance partner for the lust of power.  NPSU called upon the students to boycott their classes.

NPSU President also slammed the BJP for its double standard. 

Rishi Badyal, Lovely Singh, Amit Charak, Shubam Jasrotia, Kailash Mohan, Asha Rani, Manpreet, Bhupinder Singh, Kanu Sharma, Shubam Singh, Sumit Singh and others were present in the protest demonstration.
