Jammu, Dec 9: Rejecting the four-point proposal floated by Pakistan President General Pervez Musharraf, Chairman, Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party, Bhim Singh Saturday said that General Musharraf has no right to decide the fate of Jammu and Kashmir.
Singh, who is on his way to Kashmir as part of his ten day Haq-Insaf yatra from Lal Qilla in Delhi to Srinagar's Lal Chowk reached Jammu Saturday morning.
Talking to Greater Kashmir, Bhim Singh said that people of Jammu and Kashmir had already decided their fate by acceding with Indian union.
"See, we and Maharaja Hari Singh have made a decision about our fate on 26 October 1947 by acceding to India. Pakistan has no role to play for people of Jammu and Kashmir," Bhim Singh said, adding "Pakistan must first vacate Pakistan occupied Kashmir and then float such proposals."
