Bharatiya Janta Yova Morcha (BJYM) state vice-president, Shrey Seth, today urged the people to plant more and more trees to protect environment.

The appeal was made by the BJYM leader during plantation drive in which BJYM activists planted more than hundred saplings with proper fencing from Mahesh Pura Chowk to Resham Ghar Colony in presence of prominent persons and locals of the area.

Shrey Seth, while speaking on the occasion, said that keeping in view the increasing pollution level, it is need of the hour to plant more and more trees to protect environment.

"We have been in regular touch with the authorities so as to get this plantation drive implemented on ground," he said and added that one should pledge to plant more and more trees in their surroundings for welfare of humanity and future generations.
