Prof Bhim Singh, National Panthers Party (JKNPP) contesting candidate from the Jammu-Poonch parliamentary constituency lodged a written complaint with the Election Commission of India against his rival BJP candidate for "violating the Modal Code of Conduct (MCC)".

Singh in his complaint to the CEC Sunil Arora charged theBJP leadership including PM Narendra Modi and BJP candidate for Jammu-Poonchparliamentary constituency Jugal Kishor Sharma with "violating the Model Codeof Conduct."

Singh alleged that the administration to construct a"security platform for a political-public meeting by the BJP at Dummi, Akhnooron March 28, bulldozed the standing crops on 75 kanals of poor farmers."

The NPP candidate alleged that the "state spent around Rs 80lakh for this BJP election campaign".

He alleged that the PM Modi's speech during Akhnoor rallywas "violative of Code of Conduct and election rules".

JKNPP Jammu candidate urged the Election Commission of Indiafor immediate action in the matter.
