Jammu and Kashmir School Education Department on Friday ordered placement of headmasters and equivalent as in-charge Zonal Education Officers & equivalent.
The officials who were promoted are: Shaheen Qazi, Shashi Prabha, Wahida Qousar, Gurcharan Kour, Sunita Rani, Raj Rani, Romesh Kumari, Kamlesh Sharma, Gulshan Kumar, Mushtaq Ahmad Langoo, Nighat Parveen, Nissar Ahmad Lone, Abdul Khaliq Malik, Abdul Rashid, Duni Chand, Zakir Hussain, Onkar Singh, Haneef Mohamamd, Sewa Ram, Gaytashi Dorjey, Nima Tashi, Mir Ali, Muhammad Rashid, Muhammad Ali, Nazir Ahmad Khan and Fareed Ahmad Lone.
The above officers shall report to the Chief Education Officer of the respective division where they are presently posted. The officers on their placement as I/C ZEO and equivalent shall be entitled to charge allowances as admissible under rules.
The above placements, however, shall not confer any superior claim or right upon them at the time of confirmation/regularization by DPC, which shall be ordered strictly as per rules. Besides, the placements shall be subject to outcome of writ petition(s), pending if any, before any competent Court(s) of law.
Placements of officers as I/C Zonal Education Officers and equivalent shall also be subject to vigilance clearance. Posting orders of the above officers shall be issued separately.
