Home Department has decided to continue 2G speed internet services in Jammu and Kashmir.
The decision will continue to remain effective from April 16to April 27, 2020 in the Union Territory, as per the order issued by PrincipalSecretary Home Department, Shaleen Kabra.
He said the decision has been taken on the feedback fromsecurity agencies.The order states that restrictions imposed onhigh speed mobile internet services have not affected COVID-19 controlmeasures.
