Chief Justice of Jammu and Kashmir High Court will administer oath to three newly-appointed judges on April 7.
As per a notification issued by Registrar General (Officiating),Jawad Ahmed, newly appointed judges of Common High Court for Union Territoriesof Jammu and Kashmir, and Ladakh – Vinod Chatterji Koul, Sanjay Dhar, andPuneet Gupta will be administered oath of office by the Chief Justice on April7 in the Chief Justice’s Court at Jammu wing of the Court.
In accordance to the guideline regarding COVID-19, theparticipation in the oath ceremony is solicited through video link. The oathceremony will also be transmitted though video-conferencing.The webcast shall be available at all remotelocations by accessing www.webcast.gov.in/jammukashmir/judiciary/
