Jammu, Sep 18: Police Monday arrested four persons, including a Sarpanch, in case of a murder of youth in Bishnah.
Those arrested in connection with the murder of Sunny Kumar of Bishnah included Sukhdev Singh, Yuvraj Singh (Sarpanch), Nasir Khan and Dushyant Kumar, police said.
