State government on Thursday made Abdul Salam Mir, presently as additional commissioner in the office of divisional commissioner, Kashmir, incharge of the post of executive officer, J&K State Hajj Committee as Syed QamarSajad has been sent to three year deputation to the Hajj Committee of India, Mumbai.
As per a government order, Sajad will be posted as deputy chief executive officer (administration), Hajj Committee of India, Mumbai for a period of three years on the standard terms and conditions as contained in the schedule XVIII of J&K Civil Service Regulations (Vol. lI), 1956 read with SRO-192 dated May 28, 2007 and Hajj Committee of India letter number F.No 03/14/2018-Haj dated December 10, 2018.
Further, the order said that Abdul Salam Mir, additional commissioner in the office of divisional commissioner, Kashmir, shall hold the charge of the post of executive officer, J&K State Hajj Committee, in addition to his own duties.
