Ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA Sukhnandan Kumar staged a walkout from the Jammu and Kashmir assembly on Wednesday after accusing the government of “biased approach” towards his constituency.
Kumar jumped into well of the House and demanded an answer from the government.
Meanwhile, all opposition members jumped into the well of the assembly and asked the speaker to allow discussion on civilian killing and issues of mis-governance.
