State government on Monday ordered appointment of Chain Lal Bavoria, District Judge as Additional Special Judge, Anti-Corruption Jammu.
A notification issued in this regard reads, “In exercise ofpowers conferred by section 6 read with section 7 of J&K Criminal Law(Amendment) Act, 1958 (Act number III of 1958) and in partial modification ofearlier notifications issued on the subject, the government hereby appointsChain Lal Bavoria, District Judge as Additional Special Judge, Anti-CorruptionJammu for trial of offensive specified of class (a), (b) and (c) of sub-section(1) of section 6 of the said Act within the territorial jurisdiction of courtof Additional Special Judge, Anti-Corruption, Jammu.”
