Jammu, Feb 17: Director General of Police, Dilbag Singh has greeted the people of the UT, families of martyrs, serving and retired police and security forces personnel on the occasion of Maha Shivratri. He wished all a blissful festival.
In his message, DGP has expressed hope that the festival will bring joy and happiness among the people of the J&K and further strengthen brotherhood and communal harmony among different communities and sections of society.
