Financial Commissioner, Health and Medical Education Department, AtalDulloo on Wednesday directed the authorities to ensure availability of adequate facilities at the designated COVID19 hospitals.
Dulloo issued thedirections while chairing a meeting to review facilities being extended tocorona positive patients at the dedicated COVID19 hospitals across Jammu andKashmir.
He instructed thedirectors of health services in J&K to constitute separate three memberteams to check and monitor the facilities at the COVID hospitals. The team ofofficers will submit a report about functioning of the hospitals and actionwill be taken accordingly.
“In order to fight thecorona pandemic effectively it shall be ensured that all the designated COVID19hospitals across Jammu and Kashmir are fully equipped in terms of manpower,machinery and other equipments. The isolation facilities in the hospitalsshould be maintained in accordance with the proper protocols and standards,” hesaid.
