Deputy Chief Minister Dr Nirmal Singh today assured the refugees of Pakistan Administered Jammu and Kashmir and West Pakistan that their grievances would be addressed very soon.
The Deputy Chief Minister gave assurance while interacting the various deputations of refugees who brought into his notice their concerns, issues and sought his intervention in redress of their grievances.
The deputation of refugees from Pakistan Administered Jammu and Kashmir and West Pakistan apprised the Deputy Chief Minister of their grievances and difficulties and sought their early resolution.
Member Parliament (MP), Jugal Kishore Sharma, was also present on the occasion.
Dr Nirmal Singh gave a patient hearing to the deputation and assured them early redressal of their grievances.
A deputation from Kishenpur-Manval also called on the Deputy Chief Minister and apprised him of the difficulties faced by them owing to HT line passing through their fields and demanded relocation of the same. He assured them that their grievances will also be looked into. Dr Singh further said the government is committed to address people's problems and is working judiciously and in a transparent manner to fulfill their aspirations and expectations.
