Junior scale KAS officers of 2011 batch and departmental feeding service officers who were placed in the time scale of KAS by the Government have thanked Governor, Satya Pal Malik and Chief Secretary B.V.R Subrahmanyam.
“We are extremely thankful and express our heartiest gratitude to the Governor and the Chief Secretary for placing 53 officers in time scale of KAS. This was long overdue and junior scale KAS officers and our departmental feeding service colleagues had been waiting for this since last one year. We are happy that Governor and Chief Secretary, who have been at the forefront of resolving issues of employees especially pertaining to their career progression, have approved these placements. We are also thankful to commissioner/secretary, General Administration Department and other senior officers” the officers said in a statement.
