Jammu, June 6: J&K government has nominated the Culture Department as Nodal department for commemoration of Foundation Day of states or Union Territories to be held under “Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat” programme. As per GAD order, the Culture department as nodal department will also submit reports to the President’s Secretariat and Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), Government of India on monthly basis.
