A minor girl was found hanging at her house in Jammu on Tuesday, officials said.
They said that the girl (name withheld) was found hanging in her room in Bakshi Nagar area following which her family members took her to a nearby hospital.
However the doctors who attended her declared the girl as dead on arrival, reported news agency GNS.
Police have registered a case and started investigation in the matter, they added.
