The Jammu and Kashmir government on Tuesday rescinded 12 transfers of Tehsil Supply Officers, Senior Assistant and Class IV level officials, ordered by Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs (FCS&CA) Jammu on September 7, 2018 for violating government instructions.
The order issued by Commissioner Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Dr Abdul Rashid states that the General Administration Department (GAD) issued transfer policy vide SRO-307 dated July 11, 2010 specifically mentioned that all proposals relating to powers of transfer, which are presently delegated in transfer policy at item no. I, II, III, IV and V, shall be submitted to administrative department.
